Claudio Donoso

Claudio is the most recent addition to the band. He was born and raised in Santiago, Chile. He has lived in Seattle for a few years now and has had the opportunity to play percussion with local South American band Amauta which has been invited to perform at the Seattle Folklife Festival for several years in a row.

He joined Samay just over 2 years ago to play the bombo and congas. His favorite band is Inti-Illimani from Chile.
